Profile

Kristina Marstrand handles cases relating to private law including capacity, family and succession law, contract law, acquisition of real property, non-conformity and monetary claims. Furthermore, Kristina acts as court-appointed counsel and defence lawyer in criminal cases and litigates other cases in which free legal aid is granted, including matrimonial proceedings (legal separation/divorce, financial provision, division of property) and child-related cases (residence, custody, contact, child support, child abduction).

Other information

Author of the book DU HAR RET about the rights of children under the UN Convention of the Rights of the Child. The book is relevant for children, parents and parties involved in child-related cases. By popular demand, the second edition was published electronically in August 2010.

Kristina Marstrand acted as representative of the Danish Bar and Law Society on the Corporate Contact Committee for the Customs and Tax Region Nærum for many years and has taught property law at the Danish School of Public Administration.

Since 1997 Kristina Marstrand has acted as advisor to the Nordic Mental Cooperation (NMC) and since 2007 as advisor to Falck Healthcare A/S.

Kristina Marstrand is a member of the Association of Danish Family Lawyers and the National Association of Defence Lawyers.
